Coach. Strategist. Mom. Reinvention enthusiast.
I've built businesses, worked with major brands, navigated more career changes, relationship shifts, and fresh starts than I can count — and coaching has been the through-line of all of it.
Not as a side interest. As the thing I keep coming back to, because it's the work that actually matters.
“I coach from lived experience, with honesty, empathy, and perspective.”
I started my career in two seemingly different worlds: brand marketing and fitness. In marketing, I helped brands get clear on who they were, what they stood for, and how to communicate that to the world. In fitness, I worked directly with people—helping them set goals, build confidence, create healthier habits, and become stronger versions of themselves. At some point, I realized the work wasn’t all that different. Whether I was working with a brand or a person, I was helping identify where they were, where they wanted to go, what was getting in the way, and how to close the gap. It was always about transformation. And somewhere along the way, I realized that was the work I was meant to do.
I came into midlife in a way I never expected I had my babies at 41 and 42. I bought my first home at 44. I had built a successful career, but unexpectedly lost my corporate job just one week after closing on my house. I've experienced love and loss, betrayal, and was starting over in more ways than one. In many ways, I was creating the life I had always wanted—just on my own timeline and terms. Somewhere in the middle of all that change, transformation, and becoming, I realized other parts of my life no longer fit. I realized it wasn't a midlife crisis. It was simply an midlife pivot. On opportunity to reflect on my past experiences—to trust myself, let go of what no longer fit, and choose what came next. It was time to design the life I have always wanted to live. A life that felt as good as it looked. I didn't need to start over. I just needed to edit.
I've spent more than a decade working with women navigating transitions — career changes, relationship endings, identity shifts, midlife reinventions, and the quieter moments when you just know something needs to change but you can't quite name what. I've been in the middle of reinvention myself, more than once, and I've come out the other side with more clarity, more confidence, and a much shorter list of things I'm willing to tolerate.
The Energy Edit is the culmination of everything I’ve learned about change, identity, and what it actually takes to create a life that feels like your own. It’s not about having everything figured out. It’s about getting honest about where you are, getting clear on what you truly want, and having the right support as you take the next level. Because growth can be exciting—and a little scary at the same time. Together, we’ll look at where you are versus where you want to be, identify what may be standing in the way, and create a clear, realistic path forward through simple, actionable steps. You’re allowed to want more. You’re allowed to change your mind. And you’re allowed to create a life that looks different from the one you thought you were supposed to have. The first step is getting clear on what you actually want. Clarity. Alignment. Reinvention.
Coaching with me is direct, honest, and practical. I'm not here to validate every choice you make — I'm here to help you see clearly, think differently, and move forward.

Most of the time, you already know what you need to do. My job is to help you hear yourself clearly enough to trust it.
